Motoko from Ghost in the Shell

This is my tribute to Masamune Shirow's GHOST IN THE SHELL, whose manga has taken the world by storm, along with its many anime (movie) adaptations.

This sketch drawing took about 15 hours to draw and two hours of touch-up in GIMP, and is based on the iconic cover of the first Ghost in the Shell manga volume. It'll be used as illustration for the new Evabeast.com blog (not yet online at time of submission).
